Field Operations Manager
As liaison between our funeral chapels and The Obituary Service, Kirsten works with families at the chapels or in the privacy of their homes to determine which services best address their needs during their time of grief.
Kristen also works with the business community as well as the area churches to ensure that our array of services are available to them and she maintains contact with our consultants to keep them informed of our newest products and system changes.
This is the second time recently that I have used your services and my overall feeling is that The Obituary Service provides excellent customer service. Good business ethics require excellent customer care, especially for the bereaved.
